Questions from Core Participants:
On training covering the Freedom of Information Act and on Public Interest Immunity; she said could not recall training.
On lines to take being possibly reviewed and the confidence to do that; she said the pace of work made it very difficult, but if necessary she would have raised it with her line manager.
On a Minister going against a line to take in a meeting and officials correcting that afterwards; she said in the case of Nigel Crisp it would have been the other civil servant to raise this.
On the destruction of documents in the case involved being unusual; she said it was very unusual.
On the DH asking Carol Grayson to return previously lost documents rather than seeking to do that itself; she said she could not figure that out.
